Officials said CIS helps provide things like food, clothing, medical attention, tutoring, and other services to students, which collectively helps keep them in school as well as succeed in life after they leave school. Spaulding was additionally recognized by the Mingo County Board of Education for her successes with students at TVHS during the Board’s Jan. 17 regular meeting.
